Improvement districts are a statutory legal process. At Ambro, our legal department takes care of the process for you by drafting a complaint petition, organizing the bond structure, and handling any bond objections/negotiations with the City on your behalf, in order to bring us to resolution (approval).

Keep in mind the core principles regarding the bond.

– It is 100% underwritten based on your project.

– It is 100% underwritten based on the City’s/County’s state statutes & sometimes local City/County law.

– This program is not your typical city financing/bond counsel setup. Instead, we have a property owner (you) & petitioner representative (Ambro) setup.

– Bond approval has nothing to do with us but everything to do with your project and the City/County. We just take care of the process.
